50 years & an E-ticket ride all the way, with all the ups & downs of a fulfilling life. Sacramento State grad. A short stint as a small business owner. A few years with the CA legislature. Married, divorced, no kids...followed by '70s drop-out style odyssey. Started long-term federal government career with the Forest Service in NM. Transferred to the Bureau of Land Management in CO, then back to the FS in DC and, finally, Vallejo, CA, where I retired over 5 years ago. As I sit in my cozy home overlooking the Carquinez Strait, I look forward to revisiting old haunts & renewing old (not that we are) acquaintances. See y'all soon.
